I have not spoke much about it since, but all that I was taught is never far from my thoughts..

As I surf the Internet and see all the hype of Buy this and make money online overnight, the sales pages telling you that you can earn thousands of dollars with no effort, etc.. I realize since finishing the Profitable Website Building course how much money people spend on that get rich quick thing and are disappointed when it does not pay off.

With University 2020 Home Page you may think they are only out to take your money and they are gone or give you information that is seen all over the Internet. This is far from the truth. The information you learn there is priceless.

Have you created a website that achieved 1st page in the SERP’s in less than 60 days? Have you been able to double your traffic to your website since you went live? Do you know how to build quality links to your site? Do you really understand SEO? Have you heard of theme relevance?

University 2020 will show you, explain to you and help you achieve, but you have to work for it. It is not a get-rich-quick website.

When I paid my first tuition payment, I thought O.K, let’s see what this class is all about. I was hooked on the first lesson. I knew as I progressed these were the answers I was looking for.

Let me also tell you that the classes offered are not for the person who wants something for nothing. You have to work to get through the lessons. No, they are not difficult, but they can be time consuming to fully grasp what they are teaching. If you do decide to take a class, my advise to you is take your time. Many of the lessons I went over 3 or 4 times to make sure that I fully grasped the information. If you do get stuck or just “not getting it” they have a members only forum that has great information from previous students and the problems or difficulties they ran into.

If you are not sure about the classes or can’t afford them right now. On the University 2020 home page you can sign up for a free newsletter that is full of great information. After you have received a few and decide that this type of learning is not for you, take your name off of their list.

For a while I was not going to talk about U2020 because I wanted to keep this to myself.

But then I figured, Hey, there is plenty of room on the internet, competition never hurt anyone.

The people behind U2020 really do want to help you with internet marketing. You don’t just buy an ebook and you are on your own. If you have any questions or problems there is a forum you can go to and each lesson has its own area. Or you can e-mail the instructor if you want to ask a question but do not want to put it into the forums.

Now that’s what I call learning.

People may think that the classes are expensive. I pay $30 a month for the Profitable Website Building 101 class that I am taking and they say it will take you about 4 months to get through. This is just an educated estimate on their part for all the information that you learn. Since you work at your own pace and they are open 24/7 it may be quicker than that if you have a lot of time to devote to it.

I am taking my time with the classes as there is so much information to digest, so maybe it will take me a little longer than that…..that is ok, the $30 a month is worth it because the education I am receiving for internet marketing is priceless.

I had to scrap my original idea that I had and start over when I was in lesson 7. I realized that the market that I wanted to get into was huge and yes, I could make money from that market, but the effort to try and build a website was not feasible within that market. It was just way to much competition.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy competition, but I can not compete with Amazon, Ebay and such.

I have changed my focus and after much pondering…I finally realized what my passion is live is and that will be my focus on my website. Yes, there is competition, but I realized as I read my competitors websites the information they were giving was very misleading and many time incorrect.

I have to wonder if this was done on purpose or did they just create the website to make money. If you make a website for that purpose alone, I don’t think that it will have a long term staying power. Ok,,,,maybe 3-4 years. But sooner or later the money wave will crash. I am not looking to just make a quick buck this month then change my focus to something else next month.

I want to be able to build a business that will grow. Over the last 5 years the internet has changed so much, I can not image the impact it will have in 5 years from now. I want the website that I create to be here in 5 years, 10 year and even 15 years. If I build it right the first time, my time spent will be rewarded many times over.

I wonder….how many websites were created even one year ago that are no longer around because they did not want to spend the time to do it right.

Decisions, Decisions….I believe that I have finally found the market that I want to tap into. Overall it is a huge market, but I believe that I can go after the niches in the market.

On lesson 5 at University 2020, we are doing market research. A lot of people mixed up keyword research and market research. They are total 2 different things. Just because someone is typing in a keyword does not mean that they are actually looking to BUY that product or information that they are looking for.

Most people (I believe) are looking for information on the internet not just to buy a product. They want information on health issues, diets, medical problems etc….. But it seems that when you go into a website that you found from the search engine,,,you only find…buy this product,,,,buy that product…..they don’t actually give you INFORMATION on the products and why you should buy it.

If you are thinking of getting into the building website business you really do need to check out University 2020 . The class that I am in Profitable Website Building 101 is taught in the way that is hands on….you do need some background in how to place web pages on a server and also basic website building skills.

Even though it is $30.00 a month, the 5 lessons that I have been through so far are priceless.

The Goal for this class is: “To research, build and enhance a profitable website while you learn”. What could be better than that!

As I read the information and what they offered I was critical to what they offered really would help me in the search of creating a website that I can be proud of and actually bring useful information to the public, and also of course bring a few extra dollars in my pocket.

If you have found this post and still think that University20/20 may full of fluff. It is not.  Please do some searches on the internet and see what other people are saying about the courses.
